The  Gote  Group  was  established  in  2016 within  the  commercial   district  of  Dares Salem,  Tanzania.  This  initiative  was a  result of the increasing need for the Dangote Group to focus on its key specialization, being manufacturing  and  to  divest  from   logistics and the supply end. This continued to become a  trend across East Africa where  demand for products required expansion of production lines.
